By accessing, using or browsing this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein. Further, by continuing you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing an item from this web site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.Bee's Gifts 4 All Occasions reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should constantly check current terms and conditions.

Bee's Gifts 4 All Occasions will provide you with clear, honest and complete information on the exact content of the gifts we offer. All orders must include a valid e-mail address that can be used for communication regarding your order. An order confirmation will be automatically generated when the order is succesfully processed.

The price that appears on this website are quoted in Australian dollars. The price is including GST and freight charges will be added to your cart on checkout.

In the event an item is not available we will replace that item with one of similar appearance and of equal or greater value.

Unless an item is listed in the description box it is not included in the item including gift cakes.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been recieved in full by Bee's Gifts 4 All Occasions.

All Cancellation of gift orders must be done no later than 48hrs prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises or created. Please make sure delivery details are entered correctly. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays with deliveries. If Bee's Gifts 4 All Occasions is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you. It is your responsibility to inform Bee's Gifts 4 All Occasions if an order has not arrived. We will then endeavor to track the order with our couriers and have it delivered as soon as possible.

Bee's Gifts 4 All Occasions will exchange or refund any incorrect or faulty product if notified within 30 days of purchase except for personalised products. If a personalised product is spelt incorrectly and was our fault we will replace it free of charge.

We will not accept liability for any loss or damaged arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended address whereby the sender has opted to have the gift left at front/back door if no one is home.
